The only complaint at this hotel was that our remote control for the TV was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t realize it until I picked it up. It was greasy and covered in - what I assume was - powdered sugar. It was not a great start to our stay, but I honestly don’t have any other concerns. Possibly just an oversight by housekeeping. It happens. The check in process was very quick and easy and the person who checked us in was very kind and welcoming. Check out was easy, too. Breakfast had a decent variety of food, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The hallways and single elevator were quite busy, but if you use the stairs you’d be okay.

Great hotel! Very accommodating, we were traveling with our dog and Quality Inn is about the only hotel we could find that allows pets in the area. The hotel charges $35 per dog, which is reasonable. One of our room chairs were broken upon check in and the staff replaced it immediately. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for my recent business trip. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly! I received the best service at this hotel! Sunny, the hotel owner, was such a nice person! He ran to a store for me to buy towels when I checked in since I am allergic to some laundry detergents. I might have been okay with the towels in my room, but he bought me new ones just in case. I was treated with tremendous hospitality at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for vacations, business, or any occasion.

Nice big room and front desk staff very friendly. I walked in after checking prices on booking and told them what price was and she matched it so I could get my points! Great location. Bed was very comfortable, just need a couple more pillows and I was set.

The size and condition of the room was awesome. Very clean. Everything was well maintained. Except for the pancakes, breakfast was above average. Good eggs and sausages

Room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable AC unit worked well. The check-in is streamlined taking no time at all. While the room and amenities were very good the breakfast was very minimal. Would like to see more variety, however we didn't stay there to eat breakfast. Overall, we would stay there again.
